Terms and Policies

• We have a minimum purchase requirement of $500 for free delivery within a 25-mile radius of Chapel Hill.
• Pick up or delivery may be arranged for smaller orders.
• Stock items: No deposit is necessary on stock items.
• Terms are COD until credit has been established with us, after which terms are Net 10.
• Overdue accounts will be assessed a finance charge of 1.5% per month, an 18% annual rate.
• Special orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
• Balance is COD.
• All special orders will be available for customer inspection and approval prior to delivery.
• We deliver on our own trucks in the local delivery area. Other deliveries are by common carrier.
• We ship anywhere in the United States.
• We accept personal or company checks for payment, but do not accept credit cards at this time.
• All of our flooring is graded by the National Oak Flooring Manufacturers Association.
• If within 10 days, but before installation, you are not completely satisfied with your flooring, you must notify Select Forest Products, Inc. in writing.
• Checks are to be made payable to Select Forest Products. Mailing address is 5317 Foxlair Rd., Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27516.
• Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.
